Conditions of the participation:

1. The tour can only be completed at a predetermined time.
2. Your registration include: a diploma, brevet card and a documentation of the tour (roadbook). The 15 Euro amount fee contains the Audax Club Paris official medallion beside the diploma. (These only can be achieved after the fulfillment of the tour, and will be sent via post.)
3. Participation is only allowed with proper technical condition of bikes and is only recommended with sufficient stamina. The tour is self-supported, food, drink and belongings must be carried by you or acquired unplanned en-route.
4. Helmet and front+rear lights are mandatory. It is also a legal requirement to wear a reflective vest when riding at night or in bad weather condition.
5. The tour is organized under all weather conditions, unless the weather conditions threaten the participants safety. New departure date will be announced on the website.
6. Map: Hungarys road map. We provide detailed road description and GPS file for every event. 
7. The tour is not a race, as the event uses roads open to traffic you must always know, observe and comply with local laws, everyone takes part in it at his own risk. The organization does not take any responsibility for any accident occurring during the tour. The organization will not held liable for any damage whatsoever that may occur directly and/or indirectly to you or other parties.
8. Refunds available until the last day of the registration, or it is transferable to any available brevet to be held the same year. After the registration is over, or the tour has begun, no refund should be offered.
9. You must follow and complete the full official route.
